No instructors. The room teaches itself.
Everyone works on a real project from the first hour, then hands it to a peer. You evaluate their work against a shared rubric, they evaluate yours, and you’re done only when your peer says so. It’s the loop every 42 student has run since the school opened in Paris in 2013.
The method has run at 42 since 2013
42 EXP is 42’s program for companies. Since 2013 the school has trained programmers with no teachers, no classes and no tuition: students evaluate each other, and the peer loop does the teaching. The 42 Experience brings that method to your team, at your offices, for half a day.

One session of about four hours, at your place, on your own laptops. We scope the subject and the level to your team before the day; the format itself doesn’t move, because the format is what makes it work.
Real projects, from the first hour
No slides and nothing to install. Each participant opens a project and starts producing straight away.
Swap with a peer
Pairs rotate every round. You hand over your work and take theirs, so nobody grades in a vacuum or checks the same person twice.
Evaluate against a rubric
You review your peer’s work the way a colleague would. Is it correct, defensible, usable? Judging is half the learning.
Only your peer marks you done
Completion isn’t self-declared and there’s no trainer to wave you through. The gate opens when the person across the table signs off.
